Mossbourne Academy

Working with the landscape contractor, Greenside Landscapes, Risner Design took this project post planning permission to completion (RIBA Stages 4-7). Following the planning application from LUC Design, Risner developed the detailed design aswell as the necessary changes required due to previously unknown constraints (in particular the Thames Water inspection chambers). Value engineering also proved to be ongoing and there was a constant dialogue between us, Greenside and the main contractor (McLaren) to ensure that the concept and quality of the proposed landscape works remained.
