Freegrove Road, Basement

The basement project at Freegrove Road was for an existing 1 bed garden flat. The design proposed to excavate a partial basement to the rear of the property and garden along with a ground floor extension to the rear and remodeling work to the existing structure and layout. Cumulatively these works proposed to transform the property into a 2 bedroom maisonette with a sunken garden, and large open plan living space opening up to the rear garden. We achieved planning permission for this project in April 2016.
